All sales are final, and there are no returns. Exchanges are accepted on damaged or defective items only. Before returning any damaged merchandise for exchange, please contact Pure Piano Customer Service. We will provide you with information necessary for the exchange. Damaged or defective merchandise should be reported to us as soon as possible. CDs will be replaced with the same title only.
